We've been happy with the closets that Mike designed and installed for us at our new townhouse a few years ago, so we emailed him again when the builder-installed rod in the coat closet pulled off the wall. Mike came, designed and installed promptly and professionally. A utility box partly blocked coat-hanging, we let him know and Mike returned and moved the rod the same day, solving the problem. The new coat closet is so much neater and better!

We had a semi-custom closet setup in our home when we moved in, and called Mike Steiner at Bethesda Custom Closets to expand upon the closet system in place. Mike was great to work with, very professional, with tons of different options for closet storage systems...essentially modular components for the system we used, so you could really get any combination of drawers, shelves, and hanging space you wanted, with a bunch of available specialty items, like tie rack etc. Work was done very quickly and efficiently, without any hiccups. If you're looking for a new or to re-do a closet system, I would definitely recommend them.
